About
Offering online psychotherapy to Clients in NY, TN, & FL, I specialize in helping adults (individuals, couples, and groups) who are struggling with anxiety, grief, and life transition issues. I am also a contract therapist for Onsite Workshops near Nashville, TN & The Oaks in Southern CA—both are personal growth/wellness retreat centers where I lead groups, as well as individual and couples intensives.

Outside of work, I enjoy playing in the snow/water/woods with my family, cooking, and writing.
