I specialize in helping adults (individuals, couples, and groups) who are struggling with anxiety, grief, and life transition issues. I am also a contract therapist for Onsite Workshops–offering intensive programs for individuals and couples from an Experiential Therapy approach.

  • Integrative Behavioral Couples Therapy (IBCT)

  • Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) for Depression

On a personal note, I've been married 18 years and became a parent by way of adoption (after a journey on the bumpy road of infertility). Familiar with caring for special needs and nurturing relationships through the ups and downs, I'm also a cancer survivor and know that living wholeheartedly after transitions is possible.
