Have you ever considered attending a therapy group?


I hadn’t, until several years ago when I was wading through infertility… and a whole host of other stressful life events seemed to collide at the same time. Group therapy offered support and safety, as well as a place to get feedback and practice giving it too.


To my surprise, I ended up growing during a season that had initially felt like a withering time.
